USUL Property Investments is a brand that genuinely cares about helping others to live an independent lifestyle as they age. It’s about building wealth through property, for freedom of choice in your retirement. To be able to travel, explore and create the experiences that you want in your dream lifestyle. Empowering others to have the confidence to make better financial decisions through the use of coaching, mentoring and courses.

The main idea that we wanted to represent was FREEDOM. Being able to share knowledge that will give others the confidence to make informed and correct decisions for themselves, which will lead to future freedom.

The icon for USUL is a visual representation of the lines left in the sand by the waves, always coming and going, representing Freedom. These lines also spell out the word USUL. We chose a strong colour palette of gold, tans, and deep greys, symbolising success and stability.
